Hey which stroke is better for pendulum and reverse pendulum serve..??

Hi Ravi,

It depends in the ball is short or long. If it is long then use a topspin stroke to return it. If it is short then use a push or flick return.

If it's short you won't be able to take a full swing at the ball and hence will need to use either a push or a flick to return the ball.
