Hi Cristh,

The first thing is to try and see what type of spin is on the ball. The second is to watch what happens when you try to hit the ball. This will give you excellent feedback so you can see what you are doing wrong?

Are you always hitting the ball into the net? Or off the side of the table? Let me know what the main problem is and then we can figure out how to resolve it.

Hi Jeff...the problem is that i don't hit the ball, i don`t have problem in recognize the effect on the ball, but the serve goes to my forehand side and i don't hit it, i failed to reach the ball, and i am in the middle of the table...that is the problem.

Hi Cristh,

I find that getting closer to the ball helps in this situation.  I get players to think about getting their nose closer to the ball.  What this does is gives you better control of the ball and it also helps you to track the ball better.  If you are missing the ball it may mean that you can improve the focus on the ball.  By tracking it better you will start to move better and also hit more of them.
