Hi coach, may I ask you a question?  I had stress during a tournament. What should I do to reduce my stress. (From : Lucas. Country : Malaysia 12 years old)

Hi Lucas,

This is a common problem for players.  The more you play the better you will get at dealing with it.

When you start to feel nervous, take a few seconds and take a nice deep breath and then think about the tactics you need for the next point.
