Hi Fetish,
You could use a very weak solution of detergent to wipe down the rubber. This will help to get the oil off. Just add a drop to some water and wipe it over with a damp sponge. It will dry by itself quickly.
Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.

Hi Alois,
I did all the things you've said carefully but all of these didn't resolve my problem. It affected the grip of my rubber and it became smooth a bit, its stickiness decreased and also the spin it generates to the ball. I think it's my fault. I did the wrong cleaning on it, I remembered that this Saturday, I cleaned it without washing my hands first and my hands and fingers are oily. Please give me some advice in cleaning my rubber properly coach :D . Thanks and Godbless!
It may be that your rubber is dead. If this simple idea doesn’t work to get more grip on the bat then unfortunately, it may be time to get a new rubber.
