My first time changing rubbers.  There is a thin layer of glue on blade.  Can't rub it off with my fingers.  Will acetone work or something like goo off damage blade or rubber?

thanks

Hi Joey,

You can just rub it off or use some acetone if you want.  It won't hurt the blade.

If it is a water based glue it should rub off quite easily.

I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!
