Hi alois,

After hitting the ball, where should I move so that I can position myself for the next ball?

Hi Eugene,

The position you move to depends on where you have hit the ball to.

Assuming you are both right handers, if you hit the ball wide to the forehand you then need to cover the diagonal angle wide to your forehand.  Similarly if you hit the ball wide to the backhand then move more to your backhand side.
