Hi,

When I play against one of my opponent he always does a mid long push to my forehand I am having trouble returning this.

Hi Tri,

If the second bounce on the stroke is off the end of the table then play a topspin stroke.  You need to move your feet close to the table to be able to play this stroke.

The stroke may have to be quite vertical to avoid hitting the table with your racket.  This will give a good topspin stroke.

If the second bounce is landing on the table then the best option is to push the ball back and wait for a longer ball to topspin.
