how to return a serve which is too fast and too low and send it back at same speed
Hi Aadarsh,
Try to stand a little further away from the table when you are returning it. then just use the pace on the ball to block it back. Don't try to generate too much speed of your own to start with. Make it as simple as possible.
As you start to see the ball better you can then try a Forehand Topspin stroke.
For our Premium members we have a course that would be very helpful. Take a look at the contents of the Receiving Secrets course.
Question actions
To be able to receive serve effectively, you need to know how the ball will react when it hits your bat with different types of spin. We go into detail to explain this with the use of our disc wheel.
