Hi Aadarsh,
Try to stand a little further away from the table when you are returning it. then just use the pace on the ball to block it back. Don't try to generate too much speed of your own to start with. Make it as simple as possible.
As you start to see the ball better you can then try a Forehand Topspin stroke.
