sir how to return back a low smash in forehand side as well as backhand side?

Hi Vineeth,

You need to think about trying to get away from the table to allow yourself some more time to see the ball.  Then it is best to make a lob.  Take a look at our lesson on the Lob

sir,its a real low smash.just above the net level.and it dips further down and so playing a lob against it is very difficult.any other way to tackle it?

Sounds like you will have to Block it then.  It is more though to keep the ball low yourself so that they don't get the opportunity to make the smash.
