Hi,

I am finding difficullt to return underspin push balls coming quite often from my usual opponent.  Please give me all possible solutions so that I can practice alone or develop a pro-return while playing against him.

Hi Shantaram,

Take a look at the tutorial on the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin.  This is the most effective option if you can mange it.

You can also push the ball back.  Take a look at the tutorial on the Backhand Push.

If you are looking for effect then the topspin is the way to go.

When your opponent plays a short ball to your forehand, you can play an attacking stroke by using the flick. This stroke is also known as the flip.
