Returning player - help with rubber

Hello
I used to play (15 years ago) with Jonyer-H and Mark V on FH and BH. I am trying to get back in the game. I would like to use the same blade, but don't want to spend a lot of money on a rubber like Mark V. Can you suggest other options

Hi Karthik,
Good to hear you are back playing the game. You could try some of the Chinese rubbers. They tend to be a bit cheaper. Try a Friendship rubber. It will be a bit heavier but you will still be able to generate good spin and speed with it.

15 years ago!!!!!!!!! can you give a brief description of the rallies back in that time as compared to that of todays?

is normal rubber easy or hard to get adjusted to?
I think it is easy to get used to.
