i want to know how to push the serve which is having more side spin and less underspin so that the return should not go higher, it should be close to net and also explain contact point of blade of that push.

Try to out a little sidespin on your return. Also have your bat quite vertical to the table. This will keep the ball lower and shorter. Just focus on the result and see how short and low you can get the ball. Contact the ball near the top edge of your bat for best results.
