When my opponent uses a sidespin serve sometimes my backhand push goes straight to the net but sometime it goes high then my opponent will smash it. How will i keep my opponent attacking and how to keep it low.

Hi Mark,

It sounds like your opponent is changing between putting topspin and backspin on the serve as well as the sidespin.

It is a matter of watching the serve really carefully to see if they are coming up or down on the contact so which spin they are generating.

Take a look through our lesson on our Receiving Secrets course or you can purchase the DVD through our Store as well.
