Reverse pendulum techniques

Serving

Is it necessary to flick my wrist out after I've swung my wrist towards my chest or will it just give my reverse pendulum serve a better spin? I only flick my wrist towards my chest but not out.

Thanks for the answer on how to do the reverse pendulum serve, it REALLY helped me. Now I can do better spins  on my serve but I'm still practicing.

Thanks for answering this question :)

Hi Caleb,

You should flick your wrist out as well to get better spin.
