Reverse Penhold Backhand

I'm a penhold player but i rarely hit reverse penhold backhand. Would you tell me what should i do to improve it?

Hi Madan,

Take a look at our lesson on the Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis where we show you some penhold techniques including the RPB.

Then try to practice it as often as you can.

Snake Shot

A snake shot is a type of stroke which is specifically used against a drop shot. It is usually loaded with a heavy spin so that the opponent finds it difficult to counter. The type of spin can be backspin, sidespin or topspin depending on your choice. You need to make a movement after hitting the ball to confuse your opponent.
