hi, how would u return a ball that is rolling like this one

would u wait for the ball to roll off and hit it?

Hi Kevin,
That is pretty much unreturnable because it has rolled. Once it has rolled it would be considered as bouncing more than once.

Slow to Fast Progression
It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
