HI

i Realize now that all my very poor form has been down to my new rubbers, which are sriver g3.  These rubber are far too slow for me. i have a extremely aggressive  looping style(close to table) and now know why my opponent(especially practice partners) are now able to easily block/punch my topspin's.

My last rubbers were Butterfly roundel which were ok but now im put off by butterfly in general e.g balls not long lasting and want a change.  Im a bit unsure whether i should play with tacky or less tacky rubbers.Could u recommend  rubbers with a blade and thanks a bunch!

P.s. unlucky for Murray!

Hi Ker,

If you are looking for something faster, try Vega Pro rubber.  Jeff and I like them.  You could try these on your blade to start with to avoid too much cost.

Yes, Murray just ran out of legs completely.

Tone is in Your Fingers

There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!
