Rubber differences

Equipment

Hi, I am currently playing with  Jet 500 from Killerspin.  I have been playing with it for about 6 months.  I probably used it for about 4 months before cleaning it for the first time and when I do I only use warm water.  So it has probably lost most of its spin.

I am thinking about buying a holy crown and putting spin art of both sides.  I won't as much spin as possible.  holy crown is a medium feel where the jet 500 is a soft.  So that means the ball will not stay on the bat as long producing less spin correct?

I want to know the pro's and con's on making this switch.  Like more power less spin, stuff like that.  Also be sure to take in to consideration that the jet 500 went 4 months without being cleaned, but now I clean it before each match and I will take better care of the holy crown/spin art.

One thing am really wondering about is will the holy crown spin art produce more spin even though it is a medium feel.  If not what is a blade similar to the holy crown, but with a soft feel?

Hi Buddy,

I don't know anything about these brands of equipment. I hope someone else has used them and will be able to help you.

The differences will come in the quality of the rubber and sponge.  It is impossible to tell until I see them.

Spin art is one of the hardest rubber but it is very tack/sticky so u wont get a soft feel but u will certainly get lots of spin because of the top sheet.
