What is the difference in effect of a harder rubber and a softer one?? for eg mark v/bryce fx (soft) .. and bryce hard...

ohhhh great...  any idea what type of game or player will use soft rubber n what type of player will prefer hard rubber.....???

It is more the type of strokes you like to play.  The soft rubber requires a stroke that you hit through the ball whereas the harder rubber you can brush the ball more.

thanks a lot... ok so now i am currently using gki euro chelonz on ffh n bh both.... i doubt u have heard of it.... so is there any guideline or thumb rule which will help me to tell if my rubber is on the harder side or softer??

HI Azhar,

With a name like Euro in there it is probably on the softer side.

The Euro normally suggests a softer sponge.
