hi alois, long time since ive been on here, my mum stuck my inverted attacking rubber with the pimply intent description of the rubber on the left so she chopped it off so in effect i now have a black rubber, which means there's no grip for my thumb when serving, what can i put along the bottom to emulate the feel? sticky tape etc, thanks!

Hi Tam,

Good to hear from you again.

You actually need that writing on the rubber for it to be legal.  If you are not going to play tournaments with it then it is OK but if you are playing some tournaments, especially International tournaments you need that on there.

If not, then some tape could give you the feel of the grip, similar to the writing.
