Hi, I am planning to change both my rubbers. I am right handed player and I want to use a offensive rubber for the forehand and defensive on the backhand side. Please suggest me 3-4 rubbers in each category. Thank you, sir.
Hi Nischay,
I don't have any specific recommendations that I think are the answer but for the offensive rubbers some we suggest are Mark V, Rakza 7, Tenergy 05 and the list just goes on and on.
I am sure the readers will have other suggestions.
Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.

Examples of defensive backside (pimps in) rubbers are Butterfly Tackiness C, Spinlord Marder 1... basically any rubber that you can find in sponge thickness of 1.5mm and less.

Thanks, Sir and Jean as Jean said for defensive rubber I can go for any rubber which is 1.5 mms or less. What thickness is preferred for offensive rubber?
For offensive play use 2mm or thicker.

Hi, I am doing okay as a defense player with the long pips, however, a few players play with a antispin rubber. Would this rubber be more effective for me , or should I stay with long pips. Thank's

Hi Alois,
I am a french player. I play with Tenergy 05fx on backhand and Tenergy64 on forehand. Since September we use the P-balls and it seems that, with these balls, I have more difficulties to finish the point. I use to build my point but I have difficulties to finish the point on the "floating" balls (normally easy to play). Do you think that, on my forehand, a rubber like Hurricane 8 or Hurricane 3 NEO (or even Tenergy05) can be a good choice? I heard that Hurricane 8 has been specially developed for P-balls. I precise that I play a lot (3 or 4 times including competitions).
Thank you for your answer.
