Hi,

Previously I was using Wakaba II for playing table tennis and I have decided to get another racket so I got a Maze Performance with Tibhar Legend and Phantom. I would like to know if this setup is good for beginner? I couldn't find any information regarding the Tibhar legend and Tibhar phantom from any sites so I hope you could tell me if these rubbers are of any good. Only thing i remember was that the seller told me that 

I usually play for recreation and would like to improve my backhand and smash.

Hi Allan,

They both seem like good control rubbers.  They should be good for you as the next step up from the Wakaba.

The most important thing is how they feel for you.

Thanks for the reply Alois. I would like to take this opportunity also to thank you for the wonderful tutorial videos you guys got. Really helps a lot. I do feel though that I don't have much control compared to the wakaba or maybe i just need to get used to it from some time.

Thanks for your kind words.

The racket will take a while to get used to because it is faster than your previous racket.  Hit slowly for a while to get the feel of it.
