im playing with the timo boll zlc and tenergy 05 on backhand and stiga calibra sound on forehand and my game depends on looping from mid-distance and far back from the table and im used to play with a soft rubber on my forehand so which tenergy i should switch to ?

Hi Mohamed,

If you want a softer Tenergy, go for the Tenergy O5 FX.

Or tenergy 25,isn't it the softest version?

I use Tenergy 05 fx on my forehand and its absolutely great. With the fx you're basically trading a tad bit of speed with the normal 05 for much better feel , control , accuracy, and short game in the fx. My only concern with the tenergy is for the price you can find something close to just as good ( rakza 7, Rasant grip, CAlibnra LT, Evolution mx-p) but if ya got the money go for it

Thanks for sharing your experiences Jared. I definitely agree with the point about price. I quite like Xiom Vega Pro which is pretty similar to Tenergy 05 but much cheaper. But as you said, if you've got the money go for it. Tenergy is a quality rubber.
