Sir is it legal or illegal to touch Table tennis bat on the table while playing game or while hitting ball towards opponent's table?

Hi Rizwan,
You are allowed to touch the table with everything except your free hand.

Touching the Table
Are you allowed to touch the table during play? The only thing that isn't allowed to touch the table is your free hand. You leg, elbow, playing hand, and even your bat are allowed to. You are not allowed to move the table however.

You can touch the table but if you move it that is a penalty
