dear pingskills, when did they implement the rule change in table tennis? like the banning of speed glue. hidding the ball when serving is prohibited? and the score decrease from 21 to 11? when did they take place?

Hi Samuel,

The glue rule has changed in the last few years.  The rule on hiding serve also started a few years ago.

Games to 11 started about 10 years ago.  I don't have exact dates.  Perhaps someone with a better memory than mine can help.
