Hi Edo,
The main thing is to try and calm yourself before you play. Take a few deep breaths and then turn all your attention to the flight of the ball. I find this helps.
Enjoy your matches and see how well you can play. Try not to focus too much on the result but make sure you are doing things correctly like you do in practice.

I have the same problem but am gradually getting better. There's no simple and easy solution, and a big part of getting over nerves is just having more experience under your belt playing pressure points in pressure games. Knowing that you've been there before can help.
And watch how tightly you hold the racquet in a big match! A vice-like grip is a sure sign of nerves...will make you develop calluses...and also will lead to more mistakes especially when handling spin!
