I remember watching someone teach secrets of the short game. What I mean is the trickyness of the short game. For example, an opponent served a short topspin serve. I flick it to his backhand but suddenly changed to his forehand. Another is the push to flick trick in the backhand. You are about to push an underspin serve but it turned into a flick. It would be nice if you guys did a video  on it.

If you guys get the time, please contact me to explain this more.

Hi Carlo,

The short game is a crucial part of table tennis.

All those things that you have talked about are good ways to win points.

If we get a chance we will make a lesson on these.  I will add it to the list of suggestions we have.  I think the importance of the short game and the early part of the arlly are something all players need to focus on more.

In our new DVD Training Secrets revelealed we talk a bit about the short game and show you ways of practicing both short pushing, flicking and topspin returns and ways to get into the rally doing these.  We stress the importance of the early part of the rally.
