How important is it to see the ball hit your bat while serving and while defending?

Hi James,

The more you watch the ball the better. It is difficult to watch the ball all the way to the bat sometimes, but if your aim is to focus on the ball all the way, you will find it will help your overall game.

Strawberry Flick
