I am unable to do the pendulum serve properly.I have problems with my services,i cant understand how to move my wrist,my hand while serving.I want to perform good serves with impressive spins.  Hope You guys will help me with my problem by showing some serves in slow motion.Thanking You

Hi Pranav,

The main thing is to relax your wrist and let it come through as fast as possible.  This speed of action will help you to generate more spin.  YOu also need a brushing contact on the ball.  Once you are set up in the right position with your elbow up then swing your forearm but mainly your wrist through as fast as you can.  Don't worry if the ball does't hit the table to start with.  Just focus on getting the ball to spin.  You can even do this away from the table and see if the ball curves and spins on the ground.
