What is the most effective serve i should practice? Is there a specific thing i can do to improve my serve?

Hi Terry,
I think the Pendulum serve is the easiest one to work with to start off.
The main thing is to get the contact and action correct. Once you get the contact then try to gte the contact as fast as you can.

#26 - Serving with Placement
Just by placing your serve better, you'll be able to win more points. Think about what happens when a good server plays you. What positions do they serve to that you find difficult. Try serving to similar positions yourself. We give you plenty of time to practice serving with placement in this week's training session.
