My spin services are being returned to me by the opponent using his anti-spin rubber if I touch the ball itself i am giving him a high ball which makes it very easy for him to attack....I lost many points like this.

How to play against him?

Hi Dharanidhar,

If you serve with some backspin the ball will come back to you with topspin.  That is probably what is happening.  It will hone mean that when you push the next ball it is going high for him to attack.

Try serving with some topspin if you want to push that first ball or try to attack the 3rd ball is you are serving with backspin.
