My name is James and I am a left hander, I am not generating enough spin on my serves so sometimes my opponents make easy returns. How can I generate more spin or to make things more complicated for my opponent on the serve?

Hi James,
The critical part of generating more spin is to get your bat moving faster through the contact. Then you also need to get a good brushing contact on the ball. These two factors will ensure you get a lot of spin.
The work on your placement and variations of the serve. This will keep your opponent guessing and make it more difficult for them to return.
