i've started table tennis about two month ago.

And i've been watching free lesson of this site everyday.( all pages ^^)

And it's really helpful for me. And great thanks to both teachers.

I have one question about wrist angle of forehand stroke of shakehand grip.

My coach ask me to bend the wrist to downword making the end of racket pointing right side

( parallel to the earth surface ) which make me uneasy and feel pain on my wrist.

Is this correct way for forehand stroke ?

Hi,

That is the correct way of having your wrist.  Try to relax your wrist more as this is actually a natural position of the wrist.  When it is relaxed it will get into this position.

Thanks for your kind words about the site.

Most players are told to always return to the ready position after every stroke but that might be hurting your game. In this video, we reveal a smarter way to recover:

✔ Track the ball immediately after your shot
✔ Move your racket into position for the next shot instead of blindly resetting
✔ Improve your timing, balance, and flow during rallies

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced player, understanding this subtle change can have a big impact on your consistency and speed around the table.
