Equipment
Hello,
I see that Alois wears a white shirt and they play with a white ball.
When I give training lessons, I always say that my pupils may NOT wear a white shirt, because of the unvisibe ball.
What is Your meaning on this subject?
Greetings,

Hi Kees,
Thank you for your question. It is a good one. In our early days they were the shirts we had developed for promotion.
I recommend that players avoid wearing white shirts when playing table tennis as it can be difficult to pick up the the white ball against a white background. I personally always wear a dark shirt when I play so that I can easily pick up the ball while playing. Also, if you are giving training lessons, I recommend you suggest a dark-colored clothing (e.g. navy blue, black, etc.) for your pupils so that they can easily identify the flight of the ball. I hope this answered your question.
