Serving
Hi Alois and Jeff,
I Serve very often with Topspin but the Problem is that these topspin serves bounce only once on the opponents side of the table and for him its easy to attack although there is much spin in the serve.
Can you two help me?
Hi Laddi,
Getting a topspin serve short is tricky. You have to make sure that the ball travel really low over the net. If it has a lot of topspin it will dip quickly on the second bounce. Still get the ball to bounce close to you on your side of the table and contact the ball quite fast to generate the topspin.
The most critical thing though is the height over the net.
