Shorts for TT

Maybe a crazy question.
Until the 90ties TT Players, actually all Sports shorts were really short. Today its out of fashion but i find it annoying and have also to laugh when i see top players adjusting their shorts before they going in to position because the shorts are too long. Woldnt it be hepful not to have to adjust the shorts because they are too long and instead use some oldschool short shorts?

Hi Marcin,
Yes shorts today are getting longer and not that comfortable to use in match play. I think this has come in from the popularity of basketball shorts.
