Hello, Alois I have seen your videos and they're very good. But I have a problem with my shot power. I can't control the direction of the ball and also I often smash but it always goes wrong with the footwork. How can control my footwork?

Hi Abbas,

Work on your balance between shots.  Each time you hit the ball you need to remain balanced.  This starts with the slower shots and then as you progress, work on maintaining your balance.

Balance will lead to better footwork as well.  Take a look at our lessons in the Footwork section.

Once you have balance and footwork you can then work on power.
