Hy Coach,

Lots of my Forehand counter /topspin are long. So they go over the Table. I've tried to analyse the reason myself. But I can't seem to realy get it?

Thanks.

Hi Arjan,

Try putting a little more spin on the ball to get it to dip onto the table.  The other thing to try is to close the anfgle of your bat slightly and make the same stroke.

Lack of Spin is usually the cause of this problem.
