Master Rosario,...

I have a problem with correct shoulder movement.

Is there any slight rotation(rounded,"pronation") forward - left in the shoulder joint when I have to hit the ball ?

Or only I have to move with front head of the shoulder and after the the contact - I will continue forward-left ?

Thank you very much !

Hi Il,

Your shoulder movement is around.  You don't need to pronate it forward during the stroke.  The twisting front he waist will lead to more power with your strokes.
