Strokes
hi alois and jeff,
When practice my forehand topspins, as early as 6 to 9 balls my shoulder starts achiing and i can't continue at the same pace. Immaterial of how loosely i play, this happens but only on forehand. should i shorten my swing or is there anything else i must do?
thank you
Hi Shripathi,
I am not sure. It is usually the tension that will effect the shoulder. You may need to get it checked to make sure you have not hurt it.
