What do you mean by your bat on contact of the ball will be below your wrist. Make sure that you are lifting the end of your bat up so that it is as high as your wrist. I don't really understand what u mean.mind explaining it in more detail and simpler?

If you think about the very tip of your bat and where it is in relation to your wrist you will have the answer.
