Strokes
Hi Alois.
Is it possible to hit forehand loop that stays low after landing on the table after landing (sorta skids off it like when u skim pebbles in a pond ).If yes, can you please tell me how to do it describing the spin speed racket angle and the type of of return to do it against.
Thanks a lot
Hi Abhiram,
The main thing is to keep the ball low over the net and get plenty of topspin on it. This will tend to make the ball skid through quite low.
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
