I've been stopping my training for about 2 months because of my tough college. I played several matches tonight and I played very, very, VERY badly.

How severe a table tennis player suffer a skill reduction after stop practicing in a period of time?

Also, how to minimize this? Will a player suffer the different amount of reduction compared with another?

Hi Erriza,

This is really normal.  After a break you will lose some form.  You should just be patient with this.  Take it slowly for a few days of training and you will soon find that your skills will come back to normal.
