Hi
Recently ive been able to spin with pen hold.But i want to know how to slam since i have been having trouble slamming since i never slammed before

Hi Phillip,
Slamming or Smashing with penhold is exactly the same as with shakehand. Take a look at the PingSkills Lesson on the Forehand Smash. This will help you with your technique.
