How to generate more spin in the serve?  I have been playing since 7 months now and have been able to generate enough spin to score points in my serve itself. Plz tell me about learning on own.. We play everyday for 1.5 hr

Hi Rohit,

Once you have the basics of generation spin the keys to improvement are to be able to generate more spin by increasing the speed of the racket on contact.  This can be done in several ways including faster wrist, more rotation and better rubber.

The next thing is to develop deception with the amount and type of spin that you are generating.  This comes from having similar actions with slightly different contacts to confuse your opponents.  We have this covered in our Service Disguise tutorial as well.
