Hi Aastik,
This is just something that some players can do. You need quite dry hands to do this so the ball spins and does not stick. You also need to generate a bit of spin to make it happen.
You need a light touch on the ball to make it work.

Hi,
I'm not 100% sure we have seen the same video. But you can see in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5P25njgcYA) that Xu Xin let the ball spin on the tip of his fingernails.

This is a bit harder, spinning it on your finger tips. Take a fair bit of control and feel for the ball to do that.

I tried it a lot of times but nothing...... My father has a little bit of hard skin, he does it easily
