Whenever my opponent gets so much sidespin with his stroke and the ball changes direction in air i dont know what to do and i cant react it. So i get the ball into the table very slow and high and lose the point because of it. How can i react those spinny balls and what should i do with them?

Hi Deniz,

You can try to just use the angle of your racket to return the ball.  If the ball is going into the table, angle your racket more upward to counteract the spin.  Make sure you are tracking the ball all the way to see the amount of curve on the ball.

You can also try to make a topspin stroke. If you brush the ball finely and fast you can get the ball spinning in the direction that you want it to go.
