Is soft sponge better then hard sponge i don't know the diffrent?
can you make a video about the sponges?

Hi Jasper,
The type of sponge is a personal preference. As long as it is a quality rubber, the sponge choice is something that you need to make after playing with it and feeling what it is like because you can play top class Table Tennis with both types of sponge.
The type fo strokes can vary slightly for the different types of sponge but it doesn't have to vary greatly.
