I was wondering what steps would I  take to start my own table tennis club?

Hi Richie,

I am glad that you are thinking about stating a club.  We all need more of them.

The process will depend on the country you are in.  It is usually good to go to the National or State association to find out what they have in the way of help in this area and also what the requirements are to start the club up.

Once you have been through all of that process, I think it is about promotion around the area to let potential players know what is available.

It is important to work out what types of activities you are going to provide such as Juniors, adults, coaching, training, competitions or just social hitting.

I am located in the USA... So it would be the usatt I think.

Thanks for the quick response Alois!

I was hoping to start small and build up, eventually becoming a coach like you.
