Are there any exercises or contraption that help me staying down until the point is over?

Thanks,

Hi Andy,

Focus on this while you do some movement training will help.

There are some Bungey type of straps that you can use.  You attach this to your waist and the straps then attach to your ankles.  I have seen them used in Tennis a bit.  This is only a temporary solution though.  I think you can mainly just use the idea of keeping attention on the bend in your legs.

We could have called this master class never give up. It's amazing when you are on the back foot in a rally how many times you can actually win the point just by making your opponent play one extra ball. Watch the video to find out how effective this is and how you can practice this skill.
